Dear All,
We had decided for a webinar initially. However, we are arranging a VC via Zoom today at Ashok Nanda’ office at 3.30pm. All are requested to attend from their respective place thro VC.
The link & password will be shared today.
We are following Covid-19 guidelines.

Agenda for the meeting

1- 2 mnts silence for all our family members who have left us for Heavenly abode during this period.
2- Post facto approval of income/expenditure statement of OBA day 2019 and out reach activities during Covid-19
3- Closure of GMI for this year
4- Approval for the “Fact Finding Team” to look into the procedures adopted for GMI.
5- Amendment of bye law of OBA to incorporate new items as decided by the members.
6-Celebration of OBA day with inputs from members and
Conduct of Vth Biju Mini Marathon
7- Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
8- Vote of Thanks
